Redstone engineers need two new core blocks to create a reliable and clean Place-Retrieve-Recycle loop in Minecraft:
1. The Block Placer:
Function: Places ANY solid block (unlike the Dispenser).
Crucial Feature: Must be able to attach the block to its own face whenactivated without a supporting block below. This is the missing tool needed for true automatic bridge building and complex cantilever structures.
2. The Block Retriever:
Function: When activated, it pulls the block immediately in front of it INTACT and stores it in itsinventory.
Benefit: Since it pulls the block intact (not as a dropped item), it is essential for clean material recycling and automating the teardown or reset process of large Redstone builds. This combination is the missing link that will finally allow for full, clean, and reliable automation in Minecraft, taking technical builds to the next level.
