Automatic cross bow reload enchant

Give the cross bow an enchantment that let's it reload automatically The reload speed would be slower than the player doing it themselves but it would still be affected by quick charge making cross bows more effective and useful in pvp

    Would be annoying since you couldn't change your arrows or change to fireworks until you shoot again but not really a bad idea... Could be improved.
