Increasing the height limit

Hi! I think Minecraft would be a little better for builders if the height limit was around 1,000 - 4,000 blocks up in the overworld. This would make big structures possible without mods to increase the height limit. Also maybe add a new world type that makes the terrain go up to these heights and simulate real mountains. Thanks for considering!
