Minecraft gets difficult/boring after towards the middle of the game

So we all start the game, get wood, build tools, mine, build a house, get iron, find caves. But here's where the game gets difficult and boring. You have to mine for a really long time to find diamonds, you usually find like 3-5 in a single world, but you need more than that to make tools and armor.

And nether fortresses can be difficult to find as well, if you're not lucky to find them at the beginning. Then you have to struggle with finding endermen. This was kinda fixed with adding a enderman biome in the nether, but still is difficult and takes a while.

I think there should be an item that can find diamonds and nether fortresses easily, or something, or an option in the game that makes these really common. The game ends for me when i've managed to gather some iron and explored all the nearby cave and built the house, i never manage to finish it, it gets too difficult, boring because of these reasons.

  I understand your thoughts, but for some players it would get too easy and it doesnt fit in the game

  I play minecraft slowly and still get like, idk, a stack of diamonds the same day? I actually think it's too common. There should be a set between iron and diamond (bronze, steel, a new ore like ruby maybe or something?) instead of making diamonds easier
