Minecraft has grown a lot, but many players feel some long-requested features are still missing. The community would love to see Mojang focus on updates that make the game feel fresh and give us more creative and survival options.
First, The End needs a real update. It has looked the same for years and feels empty compared to the Nether. New End biomes, mobs, plants, and loot would make exploring it exciting again. Along with that, players dream of a new dimension—something unique like floating islands, an underwater realm, or a volcanic world, with its own resources, mobs, and bosses.
Another big wish is to bring back mob vote losers. The Copper Golem could press copper buttons, the Moobloom could interact with bees, Iceologers could guard snowy peaks, and Penguins could speed up boats. Many players still want to see them added.
Builders keep asking for vertical slabs, which would unlock countless new designs. It’s a small change but with huge impact. On the tech side, official VR support should return so players can fully experience Minecraft’s world again.
Lastly, Mojang could improve the feedback system. Simple in-game polls or votes would let the community choose features, with a clear promise to deliver them. Even taking inspiration from popular mods would make Minecraft feel more complete, especially for Bedrock players who don’t have access to most mods.
These updates would bring exploration, creativity, and player choice to a whole new level.
