Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Smelting leaf litter should make ash

Ash in turn could be used:

- to make glass

- on farmland to stop them from reverting back to dirt blocks

- add to water to make lye (which would cause damage on contact)

- help the little mushrooms multiply (versus making them shoot up into giant ones as bonemeal does)

- combine with dirt to make podzol

- make ice blocks less slippery without changing their appearance

    There would be but one problem is that that would require a small new block with new stuff and a little end and then nothing it donsnt seem right but you can use leaf litter in a furnes
