Hey Mojang team, I am Nathan !!,
The mace is fun and creative, but right now it feels too overpowered and unbalanced compared to swords and axes.
Issues I’ve noticed:

Fall damage scaling is too high – with jump boosts or elytra, the mace can one-shot mobs and even geared players.

Elytra PvP imbalance – players gliding with elytra have a smaller hitbox, which makes them harder to hit with normal weapons but gives a huge unfair advantage when you land a mace strike.

No spam balance – unlike swords, you can’t spam the mace, which makes each hit devastatingly strong and frustrating in fights.
The mace should stay unique and powerful, but it needs limits so it doesn’t overshadow every other weapon. Maybe cap the falling damage bonus or tweak how it interacts with elytra combat.
Right now, it risks making PvP feel unfair and repetitive, since everyone will just rely on mace hits.
