Recipe: 8 iron bars, and a nether star.
Similar to the beacon right clicking it opens a ui. This ui includes all the mobs you have currently killed in your world. You can click on mobs to decide which one it spawns in. Not only that, but you can decide how many it'll spawn. You can also toggle some of the mob stats. Like armor, or hp. Now this sounds op, but thing is it spawns clones of mobs. These mob clones don't actually drop items once the mobs are killed.
Why: One of the main things people do in creative other than building homes is building challenges. Like their own dungeons. What if we could do that in survival mode. Without it benefitting us. This can make for some cool traps, and such, and since it's expensive it's not too insane. It also limits us to how much we've explored, or even killed.
Edit: This will need balancing however. Such as the idea of it hogging mob spawns. There should always be a maximum. Maybe like the trial chambers like how only so many can exist, but it spawns them rapidly after each is killed.
