I’d like to suggest making each type of armor in Minecraft visually distinct when worn, instead of all armor sets sharing the same shape with only color differences. Currently, leather, iron, the new copper, gold, and diamond armor (iron and diamond look the same from a distance) all use the same model and design, which limits visual variety and immersion—especially in multiplayer or roleplaying settings. Here’s what could improve the experience: Unique Armor Models: Give each armor type a distinct shape or silhouette (e.g., spiked shoulder pads for netherite, sleeker plates for iron, more decorative trims for gold, etc.). More Recognizable at a Glance: Visually distinct designs would allow players to quickly recognize what armor someone is wearing from a distance without needing to look at item names or durability bars. Supports Lore and Worldbuilding: Differentiated designs help reinforce Minecraft’s worldbuilding and make the progression from leather to netherite feel more rewarding and immersive. Still Compatible with Resource Packs: Keep the current system accessible by allowing resource packs to override the new models if desired. This change would bring more life to the game’s aesthetics and improve both gameplay clarity and creative expression. Thank you for considering!
