Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

    putting bronze between iron and diamond not only would confuse everyone but confuse new players who would automatically think iron is better

    That's not true. Specially considering that you would need an upgrade template (I would suggest to make it the easiest template tho, since you'll use it before diamonds so you shouldn't worry about duplicating it). Also, bronze was better in real life in almost every aspect except rarity and cost. Eventually steel became the most used material and it was way better than both, iron and bronze, but bronze IS better and it could help reduce the gap between iron and diamond. I like this idea.
