Make Bedrock open-source

This will allow more mods to change features like the nether roof height and will allow mod loaders like in Java, with Fabric or Forge, and will allow more mods in general.

    Minecraft Bedrock cannot be fully open sourced unfortunately because  Minecraft Bedrock has proprietary licensed code Microsoft can't open source. Anything related to the way Minecoin purchases and how the Marketplace works also can't be open sourced by Mojang, in case the real issue of other players pirating marketplace content arises.
