Add new ways to farm

In Minecraft, the only way to farm crops is by tilling the soil, but in real life, it can cause erosion and be bad for plants. I have an idea, based on the immersive weathering mod: rich soil. In rich soil, you can plant crops without needing to till the soil. It will not grow weeds. However, tilled dirt will grow weeds sometimes. Of course, this is a toggle that you can turn on and off in the settings.
