Kelp used like ladders/vines

Imagine if you could use kelp like a ladder. Going done to the ocean floor quickly. To kinda nerd if you can make it so breath goes a little bit faster. Or not it depends. Also make it so drowns find it a bit more dificult to see you when you are on the kelp

    Animals in real life use kelp forests to hide from predators. Being able to do the same ingame would be neat.

    I think it only makes sense to be able to climb kelp down, though. Kelp can't really support weight.
