Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Remove Shadow / Vignette Effect in Path Blocks

It looks bad. It looks like a bug in the code. If you make one block a Path Block surrounded with blocks, it's way too dark to see the texture and vibrance. Remove it. It would fit Minecraft better. I have seen it. Remove it from the game. I WANNA BUILD WITHOUT ITS STUPID VIGNETTE EFFECT

    I just can't believe it is still here after so many years. IT LOOKS BAD. PEOPLE WANNA BUILD WITH IT BUT NOT WITH THE DARK EDGES. AT LEAST DONT MAKE THEM TOO DARK

    I agree its kind of weird. Iirc, it's because Path Blocks are Transparent block that the shadows do that. Not sure how they would fix it without removing that feature of the Path block. Besides like renovating the whole lighting engine.
