Wear a banner on your head in Java edition

I would love to see the ability to wear banners on your head in Minecraft Java Edition, just like in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Currently, in Java, banners are mainly used as flags, but it would be great if we could use them as a cosmetic item for our characters. This could be a fun and creative way to customize the appearance of our players!
