In their current state, the Trident and Nautilus Shell are a little weird to obtain, only being able to get one by killing a Drowned and getting a lucky drop. Maybe that is intentional, to make it more rare and hard to find, but it almost seems unfinished! Like a placeholder for when a better idea comes up. If that's the case then I would suggest a few things. For one, I think the Trident would be a sweet reward for vanquishing an Ocean Monument! I'm certainly not the first to bring this up, but it just seems so fitting; they even share a color palette! This would also create more incentive to visit the location! Maybe you could only get it after defeating the three Elder Guardians, seeing as there's no chests in the Monument (If the devs are open to it though, I think adding chests and unique loot tables for the structure itself would be cool!).
As for Nautilus Shells, I offer a simpler solution: adding a Nautilus mob. In real life, Nautilus are bottom dwellers that prefer living near slopes. Simply having Nautilus that spawn at the bottom of the ocean, or even in flooded ravines would make it so they're tricky enough to get to that their shells are still valuable, but makes them less frustratingly so, haha. If you want to make them really hard to find, maybe on top of living on the sea floor, they also spawn only in the unique biome where it's always thunderstorming and the water's always murky that I previously mentioned in my boss ideas?
