Elevation for natural water generation

Right now the water generation is completely flat which is understandable for the ocean, except for cave water and catfish streams. Another edition to caves and cliffs could be to add features such as waterfalls or difference in elevation for rivers. This would make the game substantially more natural and would be a great addition overall.

    an expansion for this could be different types of waterfalls, specifically in snowy biomes there could be "frozen waterfalls" it could be very neat, not to mention actually generated waterfalls could be very cool.
