Gold in Mountain biomes

Much like the planned Emerald spawning, Gold should also spawn in mountain biomes in higher levels. Alternatively there could be specific type of mountain, like Volcanic Mountain where this higher level of gold would spawn.

  Gold spawns at higher elevation in Mesa badlands biomes already. But they don't rise near as dramatically as the mountain biome.
