New Advancement: Cold Stuff

Maybe we could have an advancement for getting a powder snow bucket called "Cold Stuff". There is "Hot Stuff" for getting a Lava Bucket, so why not?

  There is only one situation where why not works in Minecraft, and that's achievements/advancements :)
