Add zoom / telescope-like functionality to accessibility keybind

Ability to zoom Field-Of-View (FOV) should be an accessibility option, not restricted to crafting and using a telescope. While I'm happy to see Mojang recognize the need for a way to narrow FOV, it seems it's been taken in the direction of a fun feature, rather than a tool for those with visual impairment / low vision. While some mods allow for zooming in while pressing a key on the keyboard, this functionality is restricted to servers that allow mods. I would love to see Mojang step up to help those with visual impairment who love to play the game by offering a way for them to zoom in their screen with a key press, rather than only by crafting and using a telescope. Additionally, the vignette needlessly restricts FOV for those with visual impairment who are trying to read text / see small details.
