Hydration and Dehydration (Desert Biome)

The caves and cliff update introduces freezing mechanic when your inside the powdered snow within a certain period of time. There should also be a mechanic when a player gets dehydrated and hydrated when your in the desert biome which would add a bit of challenge to the player. By staying hydrated simply drink a bucket of water.

    Mojang specifically said that they don't plan on making hydration levels so we can't do that
