Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

So what does this have to do with Rusty Armor? I know it's Copper, but you mention nothing about how or why or anything involving Rust (also, it would be oxidized, since that's what they call it instead of rust).

Also, Copper is a relatively flimsy metal in comparison to Iron. Its main use is a building block, so it's going to be common. And if it rusts, that would further lessen its usefulness as an armor.

(A material between Iron and Diamond would be cool though... perhaps Titanium? Or maybe Steel? Notch mentioned Steel being a possibility at some point, I'm not sure if they officially decided against it yet though)

Lasercraft 32 I think you should make your comment into a post. Your idea seems actually quite great and I would vote for it

as much as i like this idea, i don't think they would add any new armor unless it served an actual purpose. every tool and armor set has a purpose at the moment (wood, for starter tools, stone for mining iron, gold mining the fastest ect.) they added netherite recently, and it's purpose is that it's unique, as in it requires more steps to make than other armors, and it's just upgrading your diamond gear, so you don't stop using your old tools, nor lose your enchantments, and it can't burn in lava. while a tier of gear between iron and diamond would be cool, there's really no purpose for it to actually be added into the game, as you're just going to replace it with diamond eventually.
