Create an Netherite Ore Block Biome in the Overworld!

The Netherite Biome in the Overworld should have only Netherite Blocks and Ancient debris and Gold Blocks and Gold Ores and have Enchanted Golden Apples in chests spawned thought the whole entire biome!
