Lingering potions and Dragon's breath

You should be able to collect lingering potions in an empty bottle. It would work in a similar fashion to the dragon's breath. It would not be OP for PVP, as you would likely then have to brew them into a new lingering or splash potion to use them, and your enemies can do this as well.

Also, the Dragon's breath should be able to be crafted into a splash and lingering potion.
