Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Rope Ladders

similar to the ladder, but with string on the sides of the texture. rope ladders have the same placing mechanics as scaffolding, can be climbed from the front or back, and can be placed freestanding, without blocks behind it, so long as there is a block at the top they are attached to. (similar to vines) the crafting recipe would be the same as a ladder, but with string in the corners instead of sticks. rope ladders would generally be good for building, because you can build freestanding ladders up to your treebase that don't have to be on the tree itself.
