Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Frost walker works while riding on boats

If the frost walker enchantment wasn't disabled when you got in a boat, there would be a fun and fast way to get across oceans, because of the boats on ice mechanic.  Since it would only be available late game, you couldn't use this in things like speedruns, so it wouldn't break the game.  Besides getting across oceans, it could be used for a boat ice highway, where you could just use water on the highway instead of ice.  Again, this wouldn't be too overpowered, because it wouldn't work in the nether or with blue ice.  If you want this, please vote for the post.

    Or, you could just not use a boat and walk across the water. It makes sense why it doesn't work, your boots can't touch water if you're in a boat.

    imagine if you could use a chain to blink player with frostwalker and a person in a boat or the boat itself, then the player outside of the boat just generates ice underneath the boat as they move.
