the hourglass would be a new Redstone item
when flipped it would slowly drain sand until the bottom
when the sand is at the bottom it will emit a Redstone signal
the default time is 5:00 but you can change the time by clicking on it
it is crafted with sand glass wood plank and Redstone dust
