Calcite Cave Temples

As 1.17 will not be getting new biomes or height changes, I feel more structures like the amethyst geodes should be added. My idea? Calcite temples.

Calcite temples will be structures that can be found anywhere from y10 to y40 and can generate exposed and (rarely) unexposed. These new structures will be made of calcite and (maybe?) have a new mob as a guardian, or have a mob spawner inside. If we take a mob spawner approach, I would recommend creepers or strays. Loot chests will provide interesting loot such as:

Clay (4-20) Candles (1-3) Music Disc (1) Raw Iron (10-25) Half Broken Pickaxe (1) Calcite (1-10)

There should be a story behind this structure, such as an ancient miner civilization needed a place to stay for the long periods of mining they had to endure.

    Perhaps instead of a temple, remnants of a (forgotten, of course) civilization are added instead. It would look like a small simple room at the surface, but the more you explore the halls you find that it is a whole complex of rooms full of ideas, plans, lists, and pictures written in paper and in map/exclusive paintings, until it reaches the deepslate layer. When it reaches the deepslate layer, it will always end in a giant cave, and a large cylinder will extend from the room higher up into the cave. This cylindrical room has a gaping hole at the very bottom but a narrow walkway along the perimeter. Below the walkway is a ladder that extends down into the cave, but stops in midair. Of course this is very specific and is probably too similar to strongholds, but I was thinking about something along the lines of a woodland mansion, where you are exploring these dark rooms.

    I like the idea of a stronghold-like structure that is not a stronghold.
