Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Smithing Table combined with new things

Smithing Tables should allow you to upgrade not just to netherite, but to other high-tier tools and armour, too. This would allow for the player to choose whether they'd rather get the durability from netherite, maybe more enchantability (aka having efficiency 6, fortune 4 pickaxe or something like that) using amethyst, or other things that you could combine with to allow the player to take multiple paths, similar to the chestplate vs elytra argument. There are a lot of materials that are rare yet somewhat unusable, which is sad. Imagine a dragon egg being used in the smithing table. It would be crazily powerful, but only one tool/armour could ever have it in your world.
