Giant Diamond Ore vein as Kimberlite Pipes

After seeing the new giant ore vein generation. I was thinking that for Diamond, it should have a specific way of generating but in order for it to work, a new block called Kimberlite should be added.
Here's how I propose the giant diamond ore vein or Kimberlite pipes generate.

1) The Diamond ore blocks should not be exposed to air.
2) The main vein only generates vertically but little branches can extend outward.
3) It generates underneath or near a lava lake or lava aquifer.
4) The only block that is exposed to air are small patches of kimberlite or coal.
5) They should be far more rarer than the other giant ore vein variants.

    They're not intending to add Diamond ore veins specifically. Diamond blobs can already rarely generate in sizes 0-23, which is still very rewarding but far more balanced than a huge Diamond vein, even if the veing would be difficult to find or reach.

    Alright how about this, if the diamond ores spawn close to each other, it will be converted as a giant ore vein instead.

    It is just seeing a block of diamond just exposed is wishful thinking since they are more likely to be a single block.

    But if they happen to generate so close to each other, then the surrounding stone blocks will be converted as kimberlites indicating that there are a huge blob of diamonds there.

    I have spent caving for hours and I don't collect nearly as much diamond compared to caving in 1.16 or strip mining in that version.

    It doesn't have to be as grand as copper or iron. Just significant enought that it will surprise players instead of being let down by an exposed diamond ore block and it ends up being a lonely single block.
