(New Block) Ender Pearl Catcher

Any Ender Pearls you throw within about 200 blocks of it would float towards it instead of in the direction you threw them. This would let you teleport to specific locations with Ender Pearls.

    A mob version for catching shulkers/endermen would be useful as well.
