I have seen many very good fan-made music pieces, fan-made music discs. I think it would be a great way to get the community more involved if you found one that you liked, (there are plenty on youtube) and maybe asked the creator for usage rights in the game?
Reasoning:
I have seen SO MANY music disc concepts for this highly-anticipated update on youtube and spotify and elsewhere that it would be a waste to not consider them. I think the Minecraft community would heavily support the idea of using a fan-made music piece and you could get even MORE community involvement by possibly hosting a contest and getting people to vote on the disc they want. (You already did something similar with voting for updates and mobs, and it seemed like a success.)
P.S. music disc related to amethyst crystals or the warden? (also my username is BmoreKarl)
