Light blocks aren't supposed to help survival players, they're supposed to be a mapmaking tool for adventure map creators.

I'd say make it even simpler: smelt the Glow Ink into something like "Glow Powder."

This would work pretty much just like the current light source block, but with the added ability to break it in Survival. In my opinion, the easier it is to use, the better. If you need a special item to place or remove it, players may decide it's not worth the effort and just use lanterns and torches. The players that push through that could get irritated by the tedium.

    To the opposition:

This should not render other sources of light, like torches, lanterns or other light emitting blocks, obsolete. Rather it would expand the pallate you can use. One particular use-case would be to light up the ceiling of a mega cave, as a long term project like a base, without a change in the light engine. It would also give copper as well as glow ink/berries an additional purpose. Withholding this magnificent tool for decoration and spawn control from survival players doesn't feel right to me and so I thought up this survival friendly solution.
