Add Vertical Chunk Loading

With the addition of the new height limit allowing us an extra 128 blocks vertically, loading new chunks has been putting a larger strain on computers, and will most likely cause realms to become extremely laggy. With this suggestion I propose that Mojang ands a new system for loading in chunks allowing there to be chunks vertically to reduce lag when loading in new terrain.

    I see what you are saying, but maybe you could "Expand" the idea so MoJang could have a better idea and for others to have an easier following.

    So, like the cubic chunks mod, but keeping the height/depth limits, so you can just reduce the number of subchunks loaded?

    I think this could be interesting, especially with worlds with custom heights, or when using a lower render distance.
