End terrain generation

The end should have more diversity in terms of landscape. Like taller end islands in certain areas, or tunnels and caves. In my opinion adding more diverse landscapes in the end will make exploring it more enjoyable and fun.

    And don't forget shattered terrain. There should even be a shattered End biome.

    The End's terrain should be similar to Terralith by Stardust Labs. I've explored it myself, and it was epic seeing End cities behind mountains or peeking through the gaps from atop higher islands.
