New underwater stone type, Limestone!

The limestone can spawn in underwater caves. Acts same as blackstone, and Deepslate.

  Limestone contains calcite and aragonite. It's all calcium carbonate.
  Make calcite spawn with these rules, and make it craftable into white dye.
