Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Phantom Wings

I was thinking that it would be cool if there was an early game way to fly. You would be able to either craft phantom wings using phantom membranes or phantom wings could be a possible drop from the phantom mob. This item would be similar to an elytra except that it has less flight ability as well as lower duration. Maybe phantom winds won't even work with rockets. Another idea is that it can't be enchanted or maybe it can't be repaired. Just something you can get that allows you to fly before you go to the end and beat the ender dragon.
