Melt the blocks of raw materials with blast furnace

Add the possibility to melt the ram materials blocks only in the blast furnace to increase the metals production !

  i dont think it should be 9 times as long. maybe 6-7 times as long to give it a bit of an extra buff when smelting in bulk

  This makes a lot of sense! A quick suggestion though: you have a typo (ram vs raw).
