Currently when a given area is in complete or near-complete darkness with Ray Tracing, a uniform ambient light is activated in order to retain visibility. This feature is very useful for survival and creative gameplay, but prevents scenes from retaining complete darkness. Being able to control if it activates or not would be very useful for taking certain types of screenshots, for players that want more realistic gameplay, and especially for map creators in creating cinematic visual presentations for genres such as horror maps.
