Caves should "expose" bedrock again

21w06a new cave gen is released in  a snapshot for everyone to experiment with, bedrock is exposed

21w07a caves stop generating close to bedrock to avoid it being exposed, carvers generate below y0 with their lava layer

21w10a all caves below y-53 are filled with lava

despite this huge lava lakes are rarely seen because of the code set to keep noise caves from reaching bedrock

    I see no reason for bedrock air exposure, it's pretty much useless to go THAT deep for the sake of nothing and that's why caves no longer expose bedrock.

    tomster BG no in new snapshots it would be covered with lava anyways
