Glow Squids should be more common (or exclusively) at a full moon

The glow squid is quite a magical variant of the squid and it shouldn't be too common to make finding these creatures out in the wild more special. However I think having a trackable condition is important, and I think a full moon would be a good condition for finding a magical mob like the glow squid.

    Since it seems that glow squids have been decided to only spawn underground, maybe the full moon could spawn a pink variant of the glow squid in the oceans instead. It would be even better if they dropped something magical, encouraging players to go out on that occasion
