Tuff changes (Making Tuff more in line with Andesite, Diorite & Granite)

Tuff is a brand new stone like block in 1.17 that generates below Y=0. Though despite being a stone type like Andesite, Diorite & Granite it shares no similarities besides the generation blobs and that it can be converted into moss. This idea is to bring Tuff more align with it's counterparts.

Part 1: Crafting Tuff

Andesite, Granite & Diorite can all be crafted with a combination of Cobblestone & Quartz or Diorite depending the block. Tuff should be given the same functionality. First thing is that Tuff can be found below Y:0 so it should be made with Cobbled Deepslate. The second thing is that Tuff is made from volcanoes and the closest thing to a volcano in Minecraft is Magma. So Cobbled Deepslate + Magma Block should make 2 Tuff

Part 2: Consistent Block Variations

Andesite, Diorite & Granite can all be used to make Walls, Stairs and Slabs along with Polished versions as well. To keep Tuff consistent it should also have these variations as well.
