Smelting enchantment

With the new raw version of ores it would make sense for us to get an enchantment that auto smelts ores to make so when you get it instead of ores dropping raw variants they drop their ingot form.

  I've posted this, but an enchantment that has I, II, III, IV and V. So I level would have a 20% chance of dropping a smelted item and then II 40%, and so on.
