Badlands plains (fossil biome)

There should be a biome that spawns next to the badlands called the badlands plains. This biome would have the usual red sand and terracotta but it has fossils sticking out of it. Also there would be a new mob in it called the lizard. To tame the lizard you have to give it 1 to 4 spider eyes.
