powering drip-leaf from the stem

when you power a single part of a tall drip-leaf plant the whole plant will be powered and the leaf will not tilt

it will be useful for mini-games and red-stone contraptions

  Yea and when the Dripleaf is powered it shpild produce se Redstone Particles on the top of it to indicate this specific state

  if water can go from the root of the plant to the leaves 

  redstone must do the same thing

  Definitely agree on this; we can already use walls connecting to transmit signals up incredibly quickly, this wouldn't be too OP for redstone either. I see no reason to not add this.
