Minor sign fix

Say you placed and wrote a long texted sign, but you realize it's in the wrong spot. Now you have to break the sign and rewrite the WHOLE text. I wish there was a different solution to this. You can't even copy and paste the text. But it should be also fixed on console. How about operators can use /copysign and /pastesign while looking at a sign or type in the coordinates of the sign. That would be great.

    It would be nice to change the text on a sign without taking the sign down and putting it back up again.
