Shattering enchantment

Shattering can be put on any tool and will make the tool "shatter" upon breaking. This acts similar to how the elytra breaks leaving an unusable item. This item can be repaired but is unusable while the item is broken.

    That's a great idea i fully support it besides it would be good if only Diamond and Netherite tools would shatter because theya are rare example you wouldnt have hundreeds of shattered stone pickaxe in your inventory would you?

    it should work on all tools i mean if you don't want a bunch of shattered stone pickaxes don't enchant them with shattering DUH
