People love to make furniture in Minecraft to decorate a House. Especially to use Stairs block as a chair :)
But what if we could actually sit on stairs blocks and half-blocks? Like in many others RPG (Fallout, Skyrim)
Why? Just for fun! To feel comfortable in your House, in your World. Sit infront of fireplace, observing trophies on the wall, night behind the window, thinking, meditating...
But if you want actual useful mechanics behind all this - sitting can temporary restore hunger bar without eating food. Like, if you run out of food, and you need to regenerate your health - sit on a stairs block or any slab block and whait. Hunger bar will start to regenerate until its full, and then your health will also start to regenerate.. BUT when you stand up - your hunger bar returns to initial values. Another words - it works only when you sitting.
So, if you tired, hungry but need to regenerate some health - sit down, relax, take your time... But when you`ll stand up - you will be still hungry.
