Randomly generated banners atop mountain peaks.

Sometimes after scaling a mountain, a randomly generated banner can be found placed atop it, similar to how people plant flags on mountains after they've reached the summit. I think this would be a fun touch to the game and add a small bit of incentive to reach the top of mountains.
