Being able to make goats follow you or stay around you, like a shepherd

This idea would be cool for farming goats in the new mountains. Maybe a staff that can be crafted with a stick and goat horns, or just using a normal stick. This would make it so that nearby goats, or specific ones that you chose, would follow you, or stay in a 20x20 or other block radius around you when you hold it. I think this would be great for having a mobile goat farm for wandering in the mountains. I hope Mojang can ad this or at least take some Ideas froms it. Thanks :)

  This could be to both goats and sheep, but i think goats would be more fun.

  Actually I think it would be better for goats because they can just jump over fences, so if you could make them stay around you, you don't need to worry about that.
